Would the Queen, Duke of Edinburgh and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Like to take tea in the form of dippy rarebit during their visit to Nottingham?

To make this Gastro Pub classic by starting with a roux of melted butter and the flour, then slowly, while stirring over a low heat, add the beer. When hot remove from the heat and add the grated cheese, mustard and relish. Stir to melt the cheese and serve hot with crusty bread. Share it or have at all to yourself!

½ Pint strong ale (or Milk?)
1 Teaspoon English mustard
Splash Henderson relish – or
Worcestershire sauce
250g Mature Cheddar cheese
