Salmon tartare with avocado purée & pomegranate is one of our new starters.
With Sea bass fillets on cauliflower & pomegranate cous cous, red pepper salsa a& green beans being a new one of the mains.
As well as Pea & board bean risotto finished with grated hard cheese.
